Testing. I think we're up to 3.0.14 after a somewhat messy update that almost didn't work!

I'm not entirely convinced that we really are up to 3.0.14, I think the database might just be saying since I think the files are still 3.0.9... but I'm unsure how to fix that. At some point I may try a full file replace to be sure, but for now it's stable at least.
