The part that I have had to deal with is that Traveller and most other SF games define the quality of the starport by the construction facilities available.

I also find this a bit confusing. Here in Augsburg we have a major part of
Germany's aircraft industry (which once was Messerschmitt, then became
Messerschmitt - Bölkow - Blohm and now is a part of EADS), but this fac-
tory does no longer have an airport connected to it, the aircraft are as-
sembled and tested elsewhere. Augsburg's "airport", far away from the air-
craft factory, is hardly more than the equivalent of a Class E starport, and
almost exclusively used by small private aircraft. The next real commercial
airport is in Munich, but there they do neither build nor repair aircraft, it is
purely a traffic center. So, somehow the Traveller model also does not really
convince me.

I kinda misspoke myself when I said "Trade Classifications".

What I should have said was Resources and Goods. I use a modified MT/WBH for world generation.

Sorry for the confusion.
