Looks like a candidate for an advanced base, although life support would no doubt add a ton or so. The kitchen is a bit big, and I'm sure a more eco-friendly material than polished powder-coated fibreboard could be found for the cupboard doors. To be really eco single persons should eat out on the way to work, at work, and on the way home - centralising food deliveries, preparation and so on.

Someone has posted something similar some time ago; perfect for worlds such as Laana in my SWN sector who must industrialize quickly and are anything but conservative.

I used these as modules of an underwater habitat in the first
version of my water world setting, Pharos IV. :)

For a healthy and fit person these could be used as week or month long rentals for a traveller.

But if you are a normal, older person, it could be a bit difficult. ;)

But with the solar panels, you can't stack them up. On the other hand, if you just want to plug them into a grid, it would work just great as an incentive for the proles to improve themselves so they can afford a real apartment. Or as student housing. Oh - monastery they'd be great cells for monks!
