Android: Netrunner is a very popular 'living card game' set in a dystopian cyberpunk future. One player is a Corp and the other is a Runner, and the Runner is trying to access and steal the Corp's Agendas from their servers (while not getting killed by the ICE protecting it) and the Corp is trying to advance its Agendas and neutralising the Runner. I played it for the first time this week and I thought it was pretty interesting and fun game, with loads of expansions.

However, what's relevant to us here is that they've recently released an RPG-sized hardback book called "The Worlds of Android" that basically seems to be a huge setting bible for the game, and could be an interesting inspiration for anyone running a Cyberpunk RPG. It's not a game itself, it's all setting material, so it could be adapted to any system. You can take a look at it here:
