I'm busy copying and pasting all of this into a .doc file. I've got the Mongoose fonts and a TMB page template file I made, so I can make this look like a missing page from the TMB!

Cool!

FYI, I just edited my post and added the Stats for the Survival and an Advancement rolls.

Will you be able to share the doc here?
I've updated the relevant table in the document.

Yup, I'll put the finished pdf document up at a URL for people to access :)

I cobbled the above together for the little blurby bit you find on the first page of each career in the TMB. It needs refining somewhat ;)

I'll have to think about the blurby bit. :)

So, although the Skip Tracer assignment is part of my original concept... I'm not sure I like how it fits in with the rest of the tables. Do you guys think a Vigilante (i.e. more combat oriented) specialty might work better? I'd have to rework a few things, but it should be feasible.

Can I ask why so many Mishaps (2d6 vs 1d6 in TMB) and Events (d66 vs 2d6 in TMB)?

I always thought there should be more of each provided, and this is the pattern for the careers in Mercenary. (They even included extended tables for Army and Marine characters.)

Of course it is. My apologies (he says, looking directly at his copy of Mercenary on the shelf in front of him  ).

Anyway, it's done

[WALL.E:]Ta-da!

Here's the pdf file.

Here's the MS Office 2007 (.docx) file.

Here's the MS Office (.doc) file, for use with older versions of MS Word.

Wow. Looks great!

Of course, now is when I notice a typo in the Events table:

"24 You spend a lot of time on board a starship. Gain a level of Vacc Suit, Zero-G."

This should read:

"24 You spend a lot of time on board a starship. Gain a level of Vacc Suit or Zero-G."

If you spot anything else that needs fixing, let me know.

Sorry I couldn't get the big title to be the same as in the books - for some reason that font looks terrible in outline.

Spotted a typo on the Mishaps table - column header siad "1d6" not "2d6". Changed on all 3 files and reposted.
