Got my comp copy of The Atlas of the French Arm today (thanks to Colin) and had a quick flick through it. I pretty much redesigned all the planetary systems to make physical sense (while having as little effect on the worlds themselves as possible), and it looks like Colin's kept the changes I made. I haven't heard anyone complain about the changes yet, at least ;).

EDIT: Looks like the PDF editing is not good, but it seems that a lot of the most egregious errors have been fixed in the printed copy! (my hardcopy comp also arrived today)! Hopefully they'll update the PDF soon!

What kind of problems were there with the systems?

In the original material? Lots. Mostly Density/Mass/Gravity numbers that didn't make sense, orbital periods that didn't tally with orbital distances, incorrectly calculated stutterwarp walls/thresholds, and orbital configurations that didn't work. One of the biggest issues was Aurore - Tithonius wasn't even close to being a Brown Dwarf originally, but it is now.

Going through it I notice there are still a few errors though, looks like some of the corrections I made still got missed (I can't think why Colin would have left the incorrect numbers there deliberately). But it's mostly correct now.
